📋 Description

• Support Epic PB optimization and other project-based initiatives • Complete regulatory-related Epic build and updates • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement • Troubleshoot PB issues and recommend effective solutions • Partner with the client IT team while independently managing assigned work • Provide knowledgeable, hands-on support throughout the engagement • Help healthcare organizations maximize technology investments, improve care delivery, patient outcomes, and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Current Epic certification in Professional Billing (PB) • Strong hands-on Epic PB build, configuration, and optimization experience • Experience supporting regulatory build and system updates • Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Ability to independently assess issues and drive work through completion • Highly self-directed and comfortable working with minimal oversight or "hand holding" • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing IT environment • Epic Charge Router certification and/or strong Charge Router experience (preferred) • Previous experience supporting complex Epic PB optimization initiatives (preferred) • Experience working within organizations undergoing IT operational transitions (preferred) • Strong communication and collaboration skills (preferred) • Consulting experience supporting healthcare organizations through optimization or stabilization efforts (preferred)
