📋 Description

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for IAM-related incidents and service requests • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving user provisioning, authentication, access policies, and privileged account management • Collaborate with Tier 1 support, IAM engineering, and security teams to escalate and resolve complex issues • Monitor IAM systems for performance, availability, and security anomalies • Maintain documentation for support procedures, known issues, and resolutions • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and access reviews • Support integration and configuration of IAM tools with enterprise applications • Participate in audits and compliance activities related to identity governance and access controls • Apply security spectrum capabilities across strategy, governance, IT risk, security technologies, and cybercrime/breach response for client engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of work experience • Experience in engineering and deploying IT systems • Bachelors degree from an accredited university • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust; approved adjudication required prior to onboarding • US Citizenship is contractually required • Experience using Okta as an enterprise identity provider solution • Knowledge of Okta features, integrations, and architecture • Understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML 2.0 or OAuth • Experience configuring user authentication policies and application connections in Okta • Experience configuring and managing MFA factors for Okta users, including Okta Verify, FIDO tokens, One-Time Passcodes, and RSA tokens • Experience troubleshooting Okta user authentication and application issues • Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow • Understanding of security principles, compliance standards, and identity lifecycle • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills • Strong understanding of IAM principles and enterprise implementation • Okta Certified Professional, Administrator, Consultant, Developer, and/or Architect certifications preferred • Experience leveraging Okta APIs • Experience with PowerShell scripts and their application for Okta • Experience with other IAM platforms such as SailPoint IIQ/ISC and CyberArk • Experience following software development standards and procedures • Familiarity with SDLC, including designing and developing applications • Broad knowledge of information system technologies and willingness to learn new technologies • Experience with AWS or Azure and DevSecOps tools and processes • Active Security Clearance preferred
