📋 Description

• Ideate, develop, and productionalize AI solutions for healthcare payer use cases • Design and implement AI models and algorithms using Python and GCP Vertex AI • Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for AI applications and process automation • Research and stay current with advancements in AI • Improve AI techniques and methodologies • Develop scalable and efficient code for deploying AI models into production • Work with internal Lines-of-Businesses to understand needs and gather requirements • Translate business requirements into actionable insights and solutions • Lead evaluation and validation of AI models for accuracy, reliability, and performance • Communicate findings, results, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field or equivalent work experience required • 3 years of relevant work experience in analytics, technology, or healthcare, or related equivalent experience • 1 year of experience with machine learning or advanced statistical methods required • Facets configuration experience • Experience within a regulated environment and exposure to claims processing • Experience handling large datasets to build data science pipelines • Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, PyTorch, and Natural Language Processing • Proficient in Python • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Proven analysis, design, and coding skills • Demonstrated success leading large and complex projects • Ability to interpret and translate technical and complex concepts into meaningful information • Effective communication with technical and non-technical co-workers • Must be able to work without sponsorship; sponsorship is not available • Final interviews at the Chattanooga, TN headquarters are required
