📋 Description

• Scale modular tools, intelligent workflows, and production-grade RAG systems supporting internal business operations • Mature existing AI proofs-of-concept into reliable production systems • Select efficient solutions using system integrations, lightweight scripting, reusable automation components, or custom AI agents • Develop understanding of the Workforce Reinvention architecture, codebase, deployment pipeline, and AI proofs-of-concept • Deploy workflow improvements, automation scripts, and enhancements to internal tools • Deploy production-grade RAG workflows or intelligent internal tools • Identify and prioritize workflow bottlenecks with AI Champions in Sales, Marketing, and Finance • Establish reusable modular automation blocks and standardized development patterns • Improve CI/CD pipelines to reduce manual deployment steps and improve release reliability • Implement infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform • Introduce monitoring, logging, and observability standards • Establish and maintain a reusable component library for AI-driven and traditional automation workflows • Enable AI Champions to safely self-serve and scale departmental solutions • Maintain stable infrastructure, automated testing, documentation, and dependable intelligent workflows • Serve as a trusted technical partner to internal AI Champions and business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven examples from your career demonstrating the ability to build brands, create scalable systems, and drive measurable marketing impact • Ability to build and deploy production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems • Ability to work with TDD and CI/CD practices and release processes • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code practices using tools such as Terraform • Ability to implement monitoring, logging, and observability standards • Ability to partner with internal AI Champions and non-technical business groups • Ability to travel up to 15 days per year
