📋 Description

• Coordinate and provide information to support quality improvement studies, initiatives, and accreditation reviews • Ensure projects and departmental activities meet applicable regulatory and accrediting requirements • Coordinate multidisciplinary workgroups and committees addressing and monitoring quality activities • Identify noncompliance with standards • Coordinate and/or develop annual work plan, program description, and program evaluation documents • Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret healthcare and operational data • Develop reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for evidence-based decision-making, program evaluation, and population health initiatives • Identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and uncover intervention and process-improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required • Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment • 5 years of managed care experience, or experience with regulatory or accrediting body requirements, and Quality Improvement experience required • Quality Improvement experience required • Experience with URAC, NCQA, EQRO, and CMS requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working with complex datasets • Ability to communicate data-driven insights to diverse audiences • Experience in healthcare analytics, population health, quality measurement, performance improvement initiatives, data visualization tools, statistical analysis, and AI-driven analytics preferred • Demonstrated presentation and team facilitation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Sponsorship is not available for this role
