📋 Description

• Lead a newly established Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team partnering with embedded AI Workflow Engineers to design and deliver agentic automation solutions • Manage day-to-day team operations focused on system maintenance and development • Assign, monitor, and review work progress and accuracy • Provide staff management oversight, including hiring, promotions, and staffing recommendations • Conduct performance reviews and assessments, manage performance, assess skills, and promote professional development • Direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize contributions, professional growth, and teamwork • Ensure adherence to policies, plans, objectives, budgets, and staffing allocations • Manage and track team-level project details • Serve as technical subject matter expert and provide leadership during transitions • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation as required • Plan and perform maintenance and upgrades outside business hours

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience • 5 years of experience with information technology concepts, application development and/or enterprise system maintenance methodology, terminology, and standards • 5 years of systems maintenance and/or programming experience • 3 years of expert working knowledge of at least one programming language and/or one enterprise system in use at BCBST • RPA expertise, preferably including UiPath proficiency • 2+ years of people management experience, or strong individual contributor experience ready to transition into leadership • Evidence of strong communication skills and business acumen • Knowledge of information technology concepts, methodology, terminology, and standards • Proven skill developing and/or maintaining an enterprise IT system • Subject matter expertise in one or more enterprise IT systems • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Microsoft Office and email skills • Ability to adapt to a high-paced, changing environment • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical coworkers • Willingness to adjust schedule for maintenance and upgrades outside business hours • Must participate in an on-call rotation • Sponsorship is not available • Candidates cannot live in California, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts
