📋 Description

• Lead a newly established Robotic Process Automation team • Partner with embedded AI Workflow Engineers to design and deliver agentic automation solutions • Manage day-to-day team operations focused on system maintenance and development • Supervise system modifications • Assign, monitor, and review work progress and accuracy • Oversee hiring, promotions, staff recommendations, performance reviews, assessments, performance management, skills assessment, and professional development • Direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize contribution, growth, and teamwork • Ensure adherence to policies, plans, objectives, budgets, and staffing allocations • Track team-level project details • Serve as technical subject matter expert and provide leadership during transitions • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation when required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience • 5 years of experience with information technology concepts, application development and/or enterprise system maintenance methodology, terminology, and standards • 5 years of systems maintenance and/or programming experience • 3 years of expert working knowledge of at least one programming language and/or one enterprise system in use at BCBST • RPA expertise, preferably including UiPath proficiency • 2+ years of people management experience, although strong individual contributors ready to move into leadership will be considered • Knowledge of information technology concepts, methodology, terminology, and standards • Proven skill to develop and/or maintain an enterprise IT system • Subject matter expertise in one or more enterprise IT systems • Microsoft Office and email skills • Effective communication with technical and non-technical co-workers • Willingness to adjust schedule for maintenance and upgrades outside business hours and participate in an on-call rotation • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship; sponsorship is not available • Must live outside California, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts
