📋 Description

• Assess incoming RFPs, RFIs, clarification requests, and other projects • Build project plans based on requirements • Establish and manage timelines and deliverables • Finalize proposals and supporting documents according to deadlines and delivery methods • Post final proposal submissions for sharing, filing, and archiving • Establish and maintain rapport with bid teams • Maintain direct contact with the Project Manager • Set priorities, manage time, and manage team workload effectively • Validate bid responses and ensure accurate, current, high-quality content • Maintain BCD Travel’s company-wide database of proposal-relevant information • Collaborate with subject matter experts across BCD Travel’s network

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience with proposal writing, journalism, or marketing within a business environment • Knowledge of the travel industry • Strong communication skills in English: oral, written and presentation • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce • Computer literacy in business software applications, such as proposal writing software and online sourcing tools (Ariba) • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required • Hours must be Eastern or Central for global collaboration
