📋 Description

• Lead high-profile meetings and events from kickoff through closeout and final reconciliation • Develop meeting and event strategy • Manage event logistics, budgets, financial accuracy, and cost-saving opportunities • Coordinate vendors, venues, and cross-functional teams • Execute events on site • Build and maintain client relationships • Communicate with stakeholders throughout each project • Create seamless experiences for clients and attendees • Solve problems quickly and keep projects on schedule • Create clear presentations for executive-level audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of event planning and management experience, ideally in a corporate setting • Hands-on experience with Cvent • Hands-on experience with SharePoint • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in high-touch meetings and event management • Confidence creating clear, polished presentations for executive-level audiences • Ability to operate in the Central or Eastern time zone • Willingness to travel 50% to 75%
