📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Consult customers according to client travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and client commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience as a travel agent • Advanced skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes • Ability to work 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CT Monday-Friday • Role is listed for the United States and Canada
