📋 Description

• Provide high-touch service excellence to key client travelers • Handle incoming requests via phone, email, and other channels • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers • Provide active travel consultation and travel details • Upsell related products • Search and confirm customer travel reservations • Apply client travel policies to guide and consult customers • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Strong skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via multiple channels • Ability to use BCD Travel tools and systems • Knowledge of travel policies and appropriate customer consultation • Knowledge of DOT, TSA, passports, and visas regulations • Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
