📋 Description

• Review incoming electronic orders and make corrections as needed to enable orders to flow through the order management process • Create requests in appropriate databases to support customer orders, including new customer account setup and customer pricing • Identify and coordinate resolution of issues that may negatively affect customer satisfaction • Review orders for accuracy and completeness; confirm and/or correct customer orders • Meet or exceed established order accuracy and turnaround-time standards • Handle customer contacts professionally and courteously • Compose accurate, prompt, and appropriate replies to customer contacts • Handle complaints according to FDA regulations governing medical devices • Participate in projects and team meetings • Provide support to other team members • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide process-improvement feedback • Report to the Supervisor, EDI Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience – Required • 1+ years of SAP ECC, S/4HANA experience – required • Microsoft Office experience – required • High School Diploma or equivalent – required • Ability to handle complaints according to FDA regulations governing medical devices • Work on US BD 1st Shift, 7:30am–4pm (United States of America)
