📋 Description

• Lead deployment of the Quality Excellence Academy across North America • Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs • Partner with process owners and subject matter experts to translate quality requirements into scalable learning solutions • Assess organizational capability gaps and develop learning pathways, curricula, and development plans • Serve initially as regional capability lead for Investigation Management, Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving, and related quality disciplines • Expand programs into Process Validation, Change Control, Technical Writing, and future strategic priorities • Coach associates, leaders, and SMEs on technical expertise, decision-making, and quality-process application • Support onboarding, role-based development, and targeted remediation programs • Measure learning effectiveness through observations, assessments, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback • Drive adoption of standard methodologies, tools, and best practices across sites • Partner with site Quality teams, Central Quality, Learning & Development, and business leaders • Maintain governance and documentation for training programs and learning effectiveness activities • Use data, quality metrics, inspection findings, and feedback to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities • Support CAPAs, effectiveness activities, and remediation plans • Facilitate Kaizen events, structured problem-solving workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives • Share best practices and lessons learned across sites • Promote continuous learning, accountability, quality excellence, and operational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Sciences, Engineering or a related field is required • 5+ years of experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical or biologics regulated environment • Demonstrated expertise in Quality Engineering and Quality Systems within a regulated industry • Experience applying quality principles to improve product and process performance • Experience delivering Quality or technical training in regulated settings, including instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning • Working knowledge of CAPA, nonconformance management, change control, process validation, design controls, and risk management • Experience coaching associates, SMEs, and leaders • Experience developing and supporting training effectiveness activities using observations, feedback, metrics, and verification methods • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage diverse audiences, including senior leadership, in person and virtually • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience in problem solving, continuous improvement, and Kaizen • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25-50% • Ability to deliver training in both English and Spanish • Preferred experience supporting audit and inspection preparation, response readiness, or remediation activities • MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
