📋 Description

• Support the success of the Medication Administration portfolio • Drive Retain/Evolve and Grow marketing initiatives • Route materials through review and approval systems and maintain content libraries • Coordinate legal, regulatory, and compliance approvals • Track budget spend, marketing plans, project timelines, and status reports • Respond to field requests and coordinate training content, newsletters, sales tools, and competitive materials • Pull sales reports, update dashboards, analyze campaign performance, and prepare leadership and business review reports • Create launch checklists, track deliverables, coordinate training, manage samples, and monitor launch readiness • Load and test email campaigns, proofread collateral, manage webinars, coordinate conference materials, and track campaign metrics • Conduct competitive research, monitor competitor activity, gather customer feedback, and maintain competitive intelligence repositories

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • At least 1 year of direct marketing experience within a global matrixed organization • At least 3 years of professional work experience • Ability to coordinate marketing projects, assets, workflows, approvals, budgets, timelines, and status reports • Ability to support field teams with sales materials, presentations, training content, sales tools, battlecards, FAQs, literature, and meeting logistics • Ability to pull sales reports, update dashboards, create PowerPoint slides, maintain KPI trackers, analyze campaign performance, and build business review reports • Ability to support product launches, campaigns, webinars, conferences, website content, digital assets, lead lists, and marketing intelligence activities
