📋 Description

• Build brand awareness and drive pipeline across the US • Own the strategy and execution of communications and marketing efforts • Create content and customer stories across websites, video, blogs, one-pagers and social media • Conduct PR, partner and influencer marketing • Develop sales and BDR enablement materials, outreach sequences, training and ABM • Generate demand through paid and organic channels • Execute field marketing, including conferences and customer dinners • Organize webinars, podcasts and virtual events • Produce thought leadership, ebooks and research reports • Manage newsletters and email communications • Identify and communicate compelling story opportunities • Build influencer networks with membership bodies and trade press • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify opportunities • Speak regularly with customers to understand frontline work and AI • Plan and execute an integrated Marcomms strategy

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years’ relevant experience • Experience with some combination of social media, content marketing, PR, events, email marketing and/or demand generation • Ability to learn and use tools like Hubspot, Webflow, Figma and Customer.io • Excellent written and spoken English • High level of autonomy and ownership • Creativity and ability to develop new Marcomms capabilities • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues • Ability to tailor messages to senior government officials, frontline staff, and prospective employees
