• Lead planning and execution of BEAM's signature fundraising and cultivation events • Manage donor engagement events such as Visiting Days, friendraisers, small-group conversations, corporate-hosted events • Develop event timelines, manage logistics, oversee vendors and budgets, coordinate invitations and registration • Identify, cultivate, steward, and grow relationships with select corporate partners and sponsors • Support sponsorship strategy and execution for BEAM events • Coordinate corporate engagement opportunities, including volunteer experiences, field trips, employee engagement activities, and site visits • Support the management and engagement of BEAM's New York and Los Angeles Advisory Boards • Coordinate board and advisory board meetings, communications, events, and follow-up activities • Contribute to Advancement Team strategy and planning discussions
• 3+ years direct advancement experience is highly preferred, with a focus on events • Experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or advancement • Experience planning and executing events, including fundraising events • Experience with CRM systems (experience with Salesforce a plus)
