📋 Description

• Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform • Perform data modeling and workflow automation • Integrate ServiceNow according to best practices • Apply ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB architecture and implementation methodologies • Design workflows, business rules, catalogs, and automated processes • Plan upgrades and manage releases • Maintain the ServiceNow platform • Govern CMDB data and manage assets and service mapping

🎯 Requirements

• Secret clearance • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification • CompTIA Security+ certification • Proficient knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, data modeling, workflow automation, and integration best practices • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration management, and application lifecycle best practices • Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB architecture and implementation methodologies • Knowledge of workflow design, business rules, catalog management, and process automation techniques • Proficient knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade planning, release management, and platform maintenance activities • Proficient knowledge of CMDB data governance, asset management, and service mapping practices
