📋 Description

• Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise strategic priorities • Enhance existing ServiceNow modules to improve workflow automation, data quality, operational transparency, and user experience • Integrate ServiceNow with FAA systems and data repositories • Apply Agile SDLC methodologies to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across enterprise systems • Gather stakeholder requirements and design integration solutions aligned with FAA governance and enterprise architecture frameworks • Implement ServiceNow enhancements and integrations using best practices • Support FAA business process reengineering and standardization • Provide documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition artifacts, and training materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology • 9 years of experience, including 7–9 years of relevant ITSM and ServiceNow experience • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems • Ability to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance • Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder with 3 years of residency • ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD), strongly preferred • Proven experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies • Familiarity with supporting FedRAMP-authorized software is a plus
