📋 Description

• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow • Lead development of ServiceNow applications aligned with business objectives and best practices • Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers • Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications • Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends • Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements to existing ServiceNow implementations • Review functionality developed by the ServiceNow development team • Perform unit, system, and integration testing • Debug and fix technical problems • Support detailed technical and functional documentation • Demonstrate developed applications to product owners and end users • Participate in platform upgrades, including regression testing and reconfiguration • Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse • Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps • Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred • Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub • Experience working in an Agile environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) are nice to have • Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications are nice to have • General understanding of financial management aspects, particularly in a federal environment, is nice to have • Candidates with an active "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred • Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week is nice to have
