📋 Description

• Gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items for Agile development teams • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements • Design, build, and maintain test scripts for ServiceNow applications, workflows, configurations, integrations, and interfaces • Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing within a SAFe Agile framework • Validate ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, notifications, approvals, role/permission models, catalog items, and configured functionality • Validate inbound and outbound integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, APIs, and data interfaces • Log defects with reproducible steps, track issues through resolution, retest fixes, and communicate findings • Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and maximize test coverage • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test data sets, traceability matrices, and evidence • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies • Recommend improvements to requirements development, testing processes, tools, automation, and QA practices • Support USTRANSCOM’s Joint Transportation Management System, a mission-critical platform modernizing transportation, logistics, and financial operations through SAP S/4HANA ERP integration

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, IS, Business Analysis, or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years in software testing • Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow testing for large-scale enterprise systems • Experience testing ServiceNow workflows, configurations, business rules, roles/permissions, and integrations • Skilled in gathering and documenting requirements and producing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items • Strong understanding of SAFe, SDLC, Agile development, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery • Strong analytical/problem-solving ability • Excellent communication skills • Able to work independently and collaboratively • ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, or similar • Experience with ServiceNow CWM, ITSM, Agile Dev, test management, defect tracking, APIs, and system integrations • Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, process analysis, and requirements traceability • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and DevSecOps practices • Prior experience supporting federal agencies or Department of Defense programs
