📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Provide care to patients across the lifespan through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Support expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Privacy in the work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Currently fully/independently licensed in a state • Ability and willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week • Experience with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
