📋 Description

• Provide telehealth sessions and compassionate, evidence-based mental health care • Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children • Help clients achieve measurable progress • Conduct intakes and diagnose according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor • Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing • Maintain availability seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET • Participate in clinical supervision and monthly case consultations • Collaborate within a clinical community of licensed providers • Focus on client care while Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support

🎯 Requirements

• Approved by the board as a LPC • Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Ohio • Must be willing to travel to meet assigned Supervisor in person for the initial supervision session • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor is preferred • Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly • Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children • Experience with telehealth and EHR tools • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future
