📋 Description

• Provide CBT-based telehealth treatment to members with behavioral health conditions • Carry a caseload of members • Conduct structured clinical intakes and assessments • Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based frameworks • Deliver CBT and Motivational Interviewing within a structured treatment model • Monitor member outcomes using validated clinical measures • Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with Pelago standards • Screen for co-occurring conditions and coordinate care transitions when indicated • Participate in clinical supervision and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement • Contribute to program development as the Behavioral Addictions program grows • Join a collaborative, mission-driven clinical team

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPC or LCSW license in good standing • Licensure in multiple states strongly preferred; LPC compact licensure is a significant advantage • Clinical experience with behavioral health conditions, including eating disorders, impulse control disorders, or substance use — or strong interest in specializing in behavioral addictions • Competency in CBT; experience with Motivational Interviewing preferred • Comfortable with structured assessment tools and outcome monitoring • Strong written communication for documentation and treatment planning • Ability to manage a telehealth caseload independently while collaborating with a distributed clinical team • Full-time position • Must be licensed in at least one of Georgia, Arkansas, Indiana, or Ohio, as indicated by the role title
