📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Provide care through partnerships with commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Use mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to inform treatment • Develop treatment plans and conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Fully/independently licensed in at least one state • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week
