📋 Description

• Provide outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Provide care to patients through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week • See an average of six clients per day • Use comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and mental health/substance abuse diagnoses • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Unable to support temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current full/independent clinical licensure, including LCPC or equivalent accepted credentials • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed for market expansion • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Experience with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
