📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment directly to patients through technology • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day • Provide approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Serve patients across the lifespan • Support access to care as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to use comprehensive assessments • Currently fully/independently licensed in a state • Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required for company growth
