📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Provide mental health treatment using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Utilize comprehensive assessments • See approximately 6 clients per day, completing 30 client care hours per week • Treat patients across the lifespan, including patients with chronic severe mental illness • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Experience with treatment planning • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Clinicians must be comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses as required • Spanish fluency preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
