📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Provide mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Partner with clients to achieve goals • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Complete 30 client care hours per week, seeing approximately 6 clients per day • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Experience with treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current independent clinical licensure, including applicable LCPC/LCSW/LISW/LMFT/LMHC/LPC/LPCC credential • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required

🏖️ Benefits

• $69k-$76k base salary • Total earning opportunity with bonuses totaling $100k annual for top earners • Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends • Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, and vision benefits • Liability insurance covered • Annual stipend for growth & education opportunities • Additional compensation for bilingual candidates (Spanish) • Brave Health will cover all application and annual renewal fees for additional state licenses
