📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care remotely from home • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Serve patients covered by commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Support Brave Health’s expansion by obtaining additional state licenses when required

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current independent clinical licensure, such as LCPC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or LPCC • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses when required • Ability or willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week

• $69k-$76k base salary • Total earning opportunity with bonuses totaling $100k annual for top earners • Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends • Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, and vision benefits • Liability insurance covered • Annual stipend for growth & education opportunities • Additional compensation offered to bilingual candidates (Spanish) • Brave Health will cover all application and annual renewal fees for additional state licenses
