📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health treatment remotely from home • See patients across the lifespan • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Experience with treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Availability for a full-time Monday-Friday schedule with 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT shifts • Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Current full/independent clinical licensure in a relevant state • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
