📋 Description

• Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Provide one-on-one psychotherapy to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17 • Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans and conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday • Complete approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Obtain additional state licenses as needed as Brave Health expands

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current independent clinical licensure; LCSW or another listed clinical credential • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Recent one-on-one psychotherapy experience and experience treating serious mental illness and substance use disorders • Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents ages 13–17 • Ability to complete approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Ability to commit to a fixed Monday–Friday schedule
