📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health treatment • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • LMHC and LMFT candidates must have Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D) • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Cannot rely on temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses • Private home workspace for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Ability and willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Must be currently fully/independently licensed; eligible credentials include LMHC-D, LMFT-D, LMHC, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
