📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Serve patients through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment planning • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Provide approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Work with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Support Brave Health’s expansion by obtaining additional state licenses when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • LMHC and LMFT candidates must have Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D) • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Must not rely on temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA compliance • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to use comprehensive assessments • Current full/independent licensure in the relevant state(s) • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week
