📋 Description

• Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health treatment remotely • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • LMHC and LMFT candidates must have Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D) • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space must provide privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Experience with treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to use comprehensive assessments • Must be comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Must have experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
