📋 Description

• Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health treatment remotely from home • Provide care to patients across the lifespan through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Develop treatment plans • Support clients in achieving their goals • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • LMHC and LMFT candidates must have Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D) • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Cannot rely on temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses • Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning experience or knowledge • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses when required • Clinical experience with chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder

🏖️ Benefits

• W2, Full-time • $80k-$89k base salary • Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends • Shift options of 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm EST • Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, and vision benefits • Liability insurance covered • Annual stipend for growth and education opportunities • Additional compensation for bilingual candidates (Spanish) • Brave Health covers application and annual renewal fees for additional state licenses
