📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Provide mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Partner with commercial health plans and serve Medicaid and Medicare patients • Conduct approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Use comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Deliver care using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Participate in the application review and recruitment process, including completing a post-application questionnaire if requested

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • LMHC and LMFT candidates must have Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D) • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space must provide privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Ability and willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested
