📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment planning • Work in partnership with clients to achieve their goals • Provide care to patients across the lifespan, including patients covered by commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Participate in qualified clinical supervision when applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to use comprehensive assessments • Availability for a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm CT shifts • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Experience with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week
