• Responsible for providing order management services to clients. • Helping clients with order quoting, order processing, order fulfilment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment, etc. • Ensures timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction. • Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors. • May also develop support delivery strategy and related processes, escalation procedures and training. • Liaises between customers and technical support, product development, sales and field service to identify opportunities for support delivery improvements, cost reduction and value-add to the customer/client.
• Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience. • Basic knowledge of job processes and tools obtained through work experience. • Ability to communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation. • Works with Manager and collaborates with other specialization teammates. • Solves problems while able to anticipate additional needs/requests. • Grows knowledge and skills developed through training and work experience.
