📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for BELAY’s Corporate Team • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and identify candidates • Ensure a timely, consistent, professional, and compliant hiring process • Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring records within the applicant tracking system • Build and maintain talent pipelines for anticipated, recurring, and difficult-to-fill positions • Collaborate with Marketing and other internal partners to maintain consistent and accurate job descriptions, job postings, and employer-branding materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, and offer coordination • Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process • Experience using an applicant tracking system and sourcing platforms • Working knowledge of applicable employment laws and fair hiring practices • Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information
