• Make an impact on one or more projects or products • Scope, estimate, design, and deliver medium-to-large features • Reduce technical debt across projects or products • Proactively support other team members • Follow team processes and deliver a consistent flow of features to production • Leverage test-driven development to deliver backend systems and user interfaces • Contribute to APIs, specifications, and data models for frontend and third-party integrations • Design, implement, and maintain data interactions • Optimize data operations for performance and scalability • Ensure data integrity and security • Design and develop user interfaces based on UX designs and customer needs • Contribute to functional and non-functional automated testing suites
• US Citizenship or Green Card only; no sponsorship offered • US Residency for at least the past 3 years • Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation • Highly proficient in one or more technologies within the Software Engineering discipline • Particularly skilled in one or more technologies • Experience with test-driven development • Experience developing APIs, specifications, and data models • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data interactions • Experience optimizing data operations for performance and scalability • Experience ensuring data integrity and security • Experience designing and developing user interfaces informed by UX designs • Understanding of functional and non-functional automated testing suites • AWS experience, including S3, EC2, Glue, or Lambda (preferred) • R experience (preferred) • Professional Databricks/Apache Spark certification(s) (preferred) • SAS experience (preferred)
