📋 Description

• Manage the operations of the district field service department • Achieve service labor revenue and expense management targets for the district • Facilitate all district equipment installs to ensure customer expectations are achieved • Coordinate relationships between sales, dispatch, equipment coordination, and logistics through Regional Field Service Managers • Support regions in achieving individual profitability goals while implementing Benco’s equipment and service labor strategy • Set district/regional goals for service performance • Coach and evaluate Regional Field Service Managers and regional service/installation technicians • Manage district-wide training to keep service/installation technicians current and confident with products • Ensure technicians are cross trained in service calls, technology, installation, and project coordinating • Team with dispatch to improve field communication, dental service knowledge, service performance, and reduce travel/costs • Resolve customer issues and disputes to retain customers and ensure high customer satisfaction • Oversee district headcount, hiring, time audits, and discipline • Target and grow market areas where Benco’s service labor sales share is below industry average • Improve team communications, productivity, and service revenues • Fulfill co-travel requirement of five per quarter • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business or related field or equivalent education/experience • Three to five years of field service work preferred • Minimum of five years managing a team required • Prior dental equipment service/installation experience preferred • Ability to manage, coach, train, and provide a motivational environment for associates • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to travel up to 30% or more (district-wide and nationwide) • Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Northeast District (ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, DE, VA, NC)
