📋 Description

• Work with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve regional sales, profit, market share, and customer delight goals • Oversee regional branch logistics • Oversee sales personnel training programs • Oversee sales of specialty products and services • Manage equipment sales and logistics • Drive customer satisfaction and technical service excellence • Manage vendor relations • Manage regional assets and budgets • Plan regional sales and service meetings • Serve as the bridge between customers and Benco Dental

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field or equivalent education/experience • Ten years sales/management experience • Dependable vehicle • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record • Ability to travel in assigned region • Frequent overnight travel • Incredible customer service skills, including experience in building and maintaining customer relationships • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Effective time management and organizational capabilities • Management and coaching capabilities • Proficient computer skills • Ability to motivate the sales and service team
