📋 Description

• Represent BENEV’s injectable medical devices and regenerative biologics • Build new business and grow strategic accounts • Develop and maintain relationships with providers and practice decision-makers • Manage an independent sales territory • Own and manage the sales pipeline and calendar • Sell products to med spas, dermatology practices, and plastic surgery practices • Potentially build or manage a team of Independent Sales Representatives and earn commissions on their sales

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Business Development Manager or sales professional in aesthetics • Aesthetics or pharmaceutical sales experience • Experience selling injectables, medical devices, and regenerative biologics • Established provider network with decision-maker relationships in the territory • Experience serving med spas, dermatology, or plastic surgery practices • Consultative, practice-building sales approach • Ability to independently manage pipeline and calendar • Self-directed and able to generate leads independently • Interest in building or managing a team of Independent Sales Representatives is a strong plus
