• Represent BENEV's injectable medical devices and regenerative biologics portfolio • Represent South Korea's #1 neuromodulator • Present clinically differentiated products to accounts • Represent BENEV Exosomes • Support the launch of a new Microneedling Pen in Q3/Q4 • Represent BENEV's exclusive K-Aesthetics portfolio • Build new business and grow strategic accounts • Own and manage a sales territory • Build and maintain relationships with aesthetics providers and practice decision-makers • Manage an independent sales pipeline and calendar • Potentially build, mentor, and manage a team of Independent Sales Representatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Business Development Manager or sales professional in aesthetics • Years of experience building relationships and selling injectables, medical devices, and regenerative biologics • Aesthetics or pharmaceutical sales experience with med spas, dermatology, or plastic surgery practices • Established provider network in the territory with relationships with decision-makers • Consultative, practice-building sales mindset • Self-directed ability to manage one's own pipeline and calendar without provided leads • Interest in building or managing a team of Independent Sales Representatives is a strong plus • Independent contractor operating under a 1099 arrangement
