📋 Description

• Monitor and interpret applicable aviation regulations and industry best practices • Communicate regulatory updates to relevant departments • Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare required documentation • Conduct compliance reviews • Track certifications, training records, and audit findings • Maintain reporting databases and compliance tracking tools • Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions • Participate in Safety Action Groups as applicable • Liaise with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders on compliance matters • Prepare compliance reports • Keep leadership informed of compliance concerns and opportunities for improvement • Assist in developing and delivering compliance training • Promote procedural compliance across the airline

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, aeronautics, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 2–4+ years' experience in aviation operations or regulatory compliance • Working knowledge of relevant regulations and standards • Strong organisational and computer skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills • Preferred experience with Safety Management Systems and audit management software • Must comply with drug-free workplace policy
