📋 Description

• Promote regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and safety across the airline • Evaluate and implement the Company Quality Assurance System • Oversee independent audits while maintaining independence from line management and assessed work • Monitor compliance with Quality Assurance and Control standards, applicable regulations, and corporate objectives • Lead and coordinate internal and self-audits • Maintain audit records • Oversee corrective and preventive actions • Support risk management and Safety Management System monitoring • Ensure procedural compliance • Ensure contractor compliance in maintenance and ground handling • Support station openings and conversions • Participate in safety meetings • Report to the VP of Quality & Compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent auditing experience • At least 10 years in a related industry • 5 years in a leadership role • Certification in Quality Assurance or Compliance Auditing • Experience in risk management • Skills in policy development, investigations, and safety • Strong organizational abilities • Regulatory knowledge • Problem-solving skills • Process improvement focus • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Ability to work remotely and travel to operational facilities
