📋 Description

• Review facility energy usage daily and provide guidance, best practices, and modifications to current operations • Mentor the owner on energy strategies • Manage Central Energy Plant Operation and Maintenance, including subcontractors, operators, and internal service providers • Manage Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the Central Energy Plant • Work with operators to ensure efficient plant operation • Perform ongoing training of Plant Operators • Develop and maintain the Plant Operating Manual • Assist the EPC team with coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities with OMC operations • Coordinate on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support services team

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years of management experience in a central plant or facility • 4 year Mechanical Engineering degree from an ABET Accredited Program • 3-4 years of experience in mechanical construction with a large mechanical subcontractor or MEP design consultant • Well versed in building codes and associated standards • EIT registration required while working towards PE • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment • Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary • PE preferred • Ability to travel 0-5% of the time to job site(s)/office location
