📋 Description

• Support the Product Operating Model and Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), ensuring requests are complete, handoffs are clear, and information is available throughout intake, discovery, assessment, planning, and delivery. • Serve as a first line of review for incoming requests and gather required inputs for Product review and decision-making. • Prepare, coordinate, and where appropriate facilitate recurring forums including Weekly Business Reviews, roadmap reviews, stakeholder meetings, and leadership sessions. • Organize meeting materials, capture decisions, and track follow-up actions to completion. • Maintain the product management technology stack, workflow hygiene, documentation practices, and reporting accuracy. • Support compliance reviews, cross-functional readiness, and recurring governance processes. • Support cross-functional initiatives by tracking scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks. • Gather and organize data, reporting, and operational insights to identify trends and inform process improvements. • Support rollout of practical improvements to product operating processes, frameworks, and methodologies. • Facilitate alignment and communication across Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders. • Support onboarding, training, and documentation efforts across the Product Organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in product operations, program management, project management, product management, or a similar role, ideally within a technology or product-focused organization • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also welcomed. • Understanding of the full product development lifecycle (PDLC), including intake, discovery, assessment, planning, release, and cross-functional readiness processes. • Ability to work iteratively and pragmatically to improve team processes. • Logical and analytical mindset, with ability to use data to support recommendations. • Empathetic attitude and ability to understand problems with colleagues and stakeholders. • Comfort with ambiguity, resilience to change, and ability to adapt across multiple priorities and teams. • Experience managing task management and workflow tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, Productboard, or similar platforms. • Ability to maintain, organize, and refine knowledge bases and documentation structures using tools such as Confluence or Notion. • Ability to use product, process, or operational data to support decision-making and surface insights from reporting and analytics. • Experience supporting administration, adoption, and improvement of software tools and workflows. • Comfort supporting meetings and presentations with multiple stakeholders, with growing confidence in facilitating and presenting. • Comfort working with all levels of the business and willingness to make suggestions and support positive change under direction of the Senior Product Operations Manager and Product Leadership.
