📋 Description

• Develop and deploy software essential for specific real-world national security missions in partnership with customers • Lead software teams designing, developing, and maintaining operational software systems • Manage customer relationships while leading engineering teams to ensure quality, reliability, and performance • Break down use cases and user-defined problems, build MVPs, and rapidly evolve solutions into cohesive applications • Create high-performance, visually appealing frontend solutions for complex use cases • Lead cross-functional engineering teams to design, build, and deploy cohesive systems • Integrate independent capabilities into existing solutions • Collaborate with military and government end-users to understand requirements and translate them into software features • Apply product discovery best practices • Travel to integration sites to deploy, test, and triage software in secure operational environments; customer-site travel averages no more than one week per month

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret level with SCI Eligibility • BS in Computer Science or related technical field with at least 7 years of work experience; equivalent experience will be considered • Experience deploying software for DoD or IC missions • Passion for crafting user-centric interfaces and a keen eye for design details • Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Python • Knowledge of performance-focused tools and techniques for rendering large datasets and building responsive, smooth interfaces • Ability to adopt new languages, libraries, and technologies • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively • Experience communicating effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
