📋 Description

• Design and implement front-end frameworks and shared component libraries across the product line • Use AI-driven software processes to build and expand GoodLeap Pros front-end and full-stack services across various technologies • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions • Lead initiatives within the Pros Selling organization • Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design through testing and deployment • Mentor and guide junior engineers in AI-driven software development best practices • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high system availability • Design, develop, and scale the GoodLeap Pros platform for home contractors • Build reliable, secure, and performance-optimized systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end software development experience using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS • Experience developing across the full software stack with AI and agentic software development practices • Ability to design secure, scalable, and failure-resilient systems • Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Collaborative mindset • Passion for clean code, continuous improvement, and software engineering best practices • Familiarity with mobile development, especially Flutter, three.js, shadcn/radix, TanStack, and Python (nice to have)
