📋 Description

• Oversee enterprise end-user training and education for Epic billing and claims applications • Collaborate with training and education staff to build and maintain the Epic master training environment • Manage curriculum design and delivery for Epic professional billing and claims applications • Collaborate with Professional Billing and Claims Application Managers and Analysts to validate and design workflows • Build and maintain the master training environment and reconcile training user accounts • Design and develop PB and Claims training curriculum based on Epic best practices and Planned Parenthood’s configuration • Manage the full PB and Claims end-user training program, including identifying and deploying credentialed trainers • Monitor training completion and ensure end users achieve proficiency in designated applications • Maintain the Epic training curriculum and materials repository • Develop post-go-live educational programs for credentialed trainers, superusers, and end users • Review new features and functionality to create updated training strategies • Report directly to the Epic Training Manager • Travel throughout and between facilities as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, training and education, or related field; prior experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Current certification or Planned Parenthood credentialed status in applicable Epic application(s) • Prior experience in a revenue cycle focused role or specialty • Prior enterprise training and education experience • Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills • Established training management and curriculum design experience • Experience managing multiple teams of resources in a software implementation effort • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to convey information clearly and concisely with project leadership and subject matter experts • Ability to gain trust and establish effective relationships with Epic counterparts • Ability to analyze information from various sources, determine problems’ causes, and develop corrective actions • Understanding of racial inequity’s role in society and its impact on healthcare systems and institutions • Must be able to travel throughout and between facilities • Ability to perform sedentary work and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 pounds occasionally • Preferred: prior Epic experience, especially Resolute Professional Billing • Preferred: experience designing and maintaining master training environments • Preferred: experience establishing Epic training programs and curricula end-to-end • Preferred: prior experience working with Planned Parenthood
